    enough. Marginal tax rates need to be increased; having the top bracket set at roughly a third of a million dollars is an insult, one which an economy cannot survive.

    This level of taxation, allowing wealth to accumulate in a vicious growth pattern is the core reason that the US and other nations in the Western World [which followed the US lead] cannot maintain sustainability.

    Our whole economic system of goods and services world wide has been horribly skewed and distorted to service the plutocracy as they 'try' to spend the untold wealth they have accumulated. It's killing tens of millions of people worldwide [if not more] from social disruption, from starvation, disease and outright despair.

    It's unconscionable to allow this to continue.

    So, thanks to Jan for her plan.
    Good start, but a little bit on the weak side.

    Fixing the US and world economy is easy. Tax speculation, not labor.
