      Foreclosures in the first half of 2010 were higher than in the first half of 2009--but lower than in the last half of 2009.

      So if there was a "tsunami", presumably it happened in the last half of 2009?

      But if that's the case, why would someone be predicting it in March of this year? Hmm.

      Also, while foreclosures hit record highs in September of this year, they decline din October and are averaging about the same as this time last year.

      It's bad out there, but describing this as a tsunami is pure hyperbole.
