and it's bullshit.  it's bullshit to give prison time for being late on your taxes.  they said they are trying to make an example of him.  how about they find one of the rich bankers who failed to pay their taxes on time and make an example out of him instead?  of course not.  that's not the kind of example they are really trying to make.

the example they are trying to make is 'don't forget that even if you succeed that we can't still fuck you black people'.

          •  Then tell us (0+ / 0-)

how much this nice fellow who was merely "late on his taxes" failed to pay, how much he owes, how late he was on each tax bill, how many years he failed to file any returns at all, how many times he sent worthless, fictitious "bills of exchange" to the IRS, when he will pay, and who will foot the bill if he never pays.

            •  we're talking about pardons here Bob Love (0+ / 0-)

and i'm talking about pardoning someone for fucking up their taxes instead of letting them go to prison.  how in the world do you have a disagreement with me on this?  i'm talking about being merciful.  what's objectionable about that?  most people in this country live here and don't pay a cent in federal taxes.  so it's pretty hard for me to feel bad that someone who grew up poor and worked hard and succeeded is going to go to jail for not paying taxes for a few years.  i cannot feel like society has been wronged here.  i can't.  i feel like the punishment is absurd.  he can pay the taxes back, so let him pay.  no reason to send him to prison.  you act like prison is rehab or something.  it's fucking prison.  it's not like it's not a big fucking deal to go their even for only 6 months!

for failing to answer any of the questions put to you. It would be difficult to cite the facts without egregious embarrassment.

                •  i answered your question (0+ / 0-)

which you did not ask so you could be informed rather you only wanted to get me to just agree with you or shut the fuck up... by going straight to the point of this diary and the point of my original comment: pardons, and asking you whether or not you even have a disagreement with me about showing mercy to wesley snipes.

                  so, do you?

that would seem somewhat merciful. You disagree.

So why the fuck do you fucking have to fucking use so fucking many fucking fucks to make the fucking same point over and fucking over and fucking over? Do you think that makes a more perfuckingsuasive argufuckingment?

Plus what you've written makes no sense, but you knew that.

i like swearing when i write.  why?  does it bother you?  if it does, i'll stop saying fuck while talking to you.  no big deal.

i think that what i wrote makes sense.

as for how merciful, well, i guess i just believe that prison should be for crimes in which there was an actual victim involved.
