Most probably by many of the same people who were criticizing the president in that very diary. I'll thank you to at least realize that the "extremists" on DKos have legitimate policy reasons to criticize President Obama. Don't lump us in with the teabaggers.

The one saving grace of American politics is that the Libertarian Party invariably makes the Democratic Party look like a highly organized hive mind.

in just about every other comment some have trouble expressing their point and using nasty racial undertones. your doing the same as the Tea Party.

          •  Well, it's classic form to try to deligitimize (0+ / 0-)

criticism by tying the legitimate criticism in with the individuals who are criticizing for baser reasons. Classic, but not helpful. If all you want to do is clap louder, then go right ahead, but if you really want a Democratic party that actually acts on Democratic principles instead of pulling down their trousers and presenting the relevant part for plowing by the Republicans, then you have to at least listen to the legitimate criticism.

anyone. So if you characterize it as such go right ahead. I will not equate nasty demeaning racial undertones as  critisim and as a reason for any one to do it. I was'nt raised that way and i don't raise my children that way. Its a constant battle no matter how angry a person makes you, you have to be the bigger person to change the tone. when ever you guys are called out for the name calling you try to equate it as being ok to do and critique. so your definition will never be something i will live by.

I did NOT say that things like "Chocolate Bush" were okay! I'm saying that you are lumping the idiots who make comments like that with the overall legitimate criticism and using it to paint the legitimate criticism as nothing more than racist rationalization.

If I had seen that comment myself before it was HRed into oblivion, I, myself, would have HRed it! I think it's a horrible thing to call anybody, let alone President Obama. I don't completely agree with even the "Bush" component of it, but I absolutely disagree with the "Chocolate" portion of it, on criteria of taste and just not looking like an asshole.

                •  No i don' but your reason for the name calling is (0+ / 0-)

what i comprehend. criticism by tying the legitimate criticism in with the individuals who are criticizing for baser reasons. Classic, but not helpful. If all you want to do is clap louder, then go right ahead.

It never classic it just proof that your argument was comprehended. to lump my support of the president as not being able to critisim is exactly what happens when critisim and name calling is in the same comment. comprehension is easy. Admitting when your wrong is hard for some.

                  •  I'm sorry. Now I think I have the reading (0+ / 0-)

comprehension problem. I'm really not sure what you're saying here. I mean, I kind of get a sense of your meaning but I'm not sure it's your real meaning or if I'm just having trouble reading it.

Can you clarify what you meant to say here, please?

          •  Don't say "your" (0+ / 0-)
when you mean "you are." It only makes you seem borderline illiterate.
