  •  I seem to recall a study done (10+ / 0-)
    a few years ago on the cost effectiveness of various economic classes of picking up coins off the street. By the time one became a millionaire they weren't even picking up ten dollar bills anymore. Seems like the Pardons Office would have had to look awfully hard to find people guilty of the egregious crime of mutilating coins 47 years ago to pardon.

    Aren't there any larger fish to fry? I have been shocked that Obama's Justice Department couldn't find any fraud to prosecute in the Banking sector, but that they could find someone guilty of putting a penny on a RR forty seven years ago track somehow does not...now.
