    military enemies.  The easy answer is for citizens to not join up with armed enemies of the United States and then expect the courts to protect them.

    If this asshole isn't a terrorist, let him hire a lawyer and testify himself.

    •  Prove that he is a military enemy (0+ / 0-)

      The government can't; we are not at war with the nation where he is currently residing.  He is not at on an active battlefield.  Targeted assassinations are not legal in a nation that were are ostensibly at peace with.  Obama has not been using the language "war on terror."  

      He shouldn't have to sue in order prove that he is not an enemy to the state; the government should have to prove that he is.  There have been no charges against him, nor is there a suit. Period.  

      There are legal channels to get him; the government has chosen to bypass these channels.
