  •  The only reason why it is up... (0+ / 0-)

in the air is because the RW and LW partisans are still having tempur tantrums because they did not get enough of their way...this is HCR re-do...with Jane H./Bernie S. on the Left teaming up with  and Jim D. and the RWSM on the Right to kill the bill in hopes of something better in March...

Reality time ain't going to be better in January...

Just wait for it to be time to raise the debt ceiling with Obama having already announced that he gives in to hostage takers (who will be armed Obama's own Deficit Commission recommendations). Here comes the hacksaws to Social Security and Medicare...

      •  Ah but then he... (0+ / 0-)

can just get his veto pen out...we have already protected the Unemployed and the middle class so we can then give them the middle finger and let them shut down the government if necessary....

      •  Don't worry about the debt ceiling! (0+ / 0-)

When it comes time to raise the debt ceiling, every friggin' Dem in both houses of Congress should abstain.

Because, of course, GOP policies make the deficit bigger, not smaller.

The GOP would have to raise the debt ceiling with 100% GOP votes. Let'em explain that to the tea party idiots that elected'em. Let'em have their own civil war. They officially now have enough rope--so let'em hang themselves.

    •  Ill await (0+ / 0-)

your apology when the GOP start talking about the "necessity of cutting entitlements" in january and start lining the deal to slash social security with Obama up.

Of course then you will as always blame progressives for this cowards actions. Its what you blind followers do.

Voters will choose a person who fights a losing battle for his principles over one who fights winning battles against them every time.
