Um...can anyone comment on the legality of downloading this with the intent that it be used by Anon?  Just curious.  Not that I'd participate, or anything.  No sirree.

are to give corporations pause before they participate in government attempts at suppressing free speech and dissemination of publicly available information.

No warrant or other legal means were used against these lacky corporations to carry out these actions. If it costs them money when they participate maybe next time they will think twice before volunteering to do an embarrassed governments bidding.

If there are no consequences expect to see many websites deemed unsavory by the power brokers to be taken down as their profits dictate.

of actions by Visa, MC, Paypal, etc.-- I'm just wondering about the possible legal ramifications of, say, a U.S. citizen downloading this tool so that anon can use it for DDOS attacks.

the logs are affected as well.

Legal or illegal I don't know.

If not illegal now it probably will be in the future.

The powers that be will try to stifle dissent especially if it costs their precious corporate owners money.
