But this account doesn't offer a lot of details .. and for something that apparently occurred on Wednesday night, there are very few reports, on the Internets, on what really happened.

I'm going to reserve judgement until I get a clearer picture of exactly what transpired here.

    •  Well isn't that generous of you. (0+ / 0-)

We should all reserve judgment, from now until judgment day, and be all rational and careful and each individual one of us should figure out from that huge Internet resource pot what happened after the fact, when the planet has melted down from the actions of those who ACT and don't think about it and don't care what their actions produce in the way of externalities and negative consequences for the species.

Reserve judgment, spend time parsing the entrails on the 'net. In the meantime, if you need air travel, go get groped by some poster boy for the re-proving of the conclusions of the infamous Milgram Experiment and so many historical manifestations of its truths.

I was going to diary the whole TSA thing, but didn't set aside the time. I think it's closer to the Stanford Prison experiments, which are an offshoot of the Milgram experiments.

the subject than I do. And it might be good to at least add a bitstream bit of background that wome few progressives might inhale, as people mill around and say, "Oh, dear," and don't have a clue what the heck to do as their "rights," such as the are any more, are stripped from them, along with their dignity, such as we have any such thing any more in this Brave New World, down here among the deltas and gammas and epsilon minuses...

    •  Everybody was watching the tax bill and nobody (0+ / 0-)

was watching this, so there's no telling what other garbage is on the continuing reso. My only hope is that something GOP dislike worse thant hey like this is also there, and a deal can be made to pull it out, but I am not hopeful. That is, however why I am not blaming O for everything like some do, since it was not he who did this but our House heroes. Speaking of whom, did you hear Jan Sharkowsky explain on TV tonight how one of the big House issues around the tax issues was not taxes at all, but the House getting the respect it was entitled to as the originator of revenue bills, a point I understand but am not necessarily willing to sacrifice the unemployed for. And how their response seems to be not getting rid of the evil rich folk premium but to add a bunch of special interest also unpaid for deductions for coal and ethanol. There is unfortunatley no such thing as underrating the intelligence or morality of congresscritters.
