Has turned into the biggest corporate vulture.  Old pennies-on-the-dollar swoops in to band-aid the jugulars who lose all faith in justice if they had any left.

He did a great job (as far as I understand, anyway) for the 9/11 folks.  What happened here... I can't even guess at.

      Thanks for stopping in, deaniacyet.

      •  He did a fairly good job re: 9/11. Not great. (7+ / 0-)

I think he has done better after other disasters. The drivers for 9/11 benefit distribution were Hillary, Chuck Schumer (like him or hate him, he worked his ass off, even more than she did), Anthony Weiner and Jerrold Nadler. Also, Gov. Pataki, Guliani and Michael Bloomberg (I am the only person in NYC that can't stand him but he did his job on this).

They exerted extreme pressure from then until now. The Congress-people and Governors of these Gulf states are not so interested in individual humans or small businesses. They want the money for the states or for themselves or for corporate advancement.

Action is the only agent for change -- talking without action has never effected change anywhere, in any way, at any time.
