    could attract wide attention and teach away much ignorance and confusion from public uncertainty.
    Some could be 30 seconds to a minute.
    Some could last 5 to #0 minutes.
    Mountain Top Coal effects, Frack, Deepwater Drilling, Oceanic Dead Zones and plastc waste accumulations, Analyses of Weather Patterns and Weather Itself, Polar Ice Cap and Polar Bears, Coral Reefs--
    There's hundreds of topics tellable.
    If the advocates and the scientists and the artists worked together, plenty of understanding could quicken.
    If there was a new WPA, that could be a project.
    Schools could invite students to produce some.
    All the Greens could advertise their inititives.
    The animation could be subtitled/voice overed in hundreds of languages.
    There's really no subject which couldn't be introduced via animation.
    If governments won't fund, foundations will.
    Many cable stations crave short content filler.
    Corporations with conscience might help.
    Go graphic. Draw a picture. Make it move all around the world.
    Cartoon biographies of Edison, Galileo, Leonardo, the Wright Brothers, Darwin! -- could also be short feature topics.
    Regular classroom follow up could be tied in.
    Musicians and sound effects creators will help.
    Artists are very approachable for activities like this.
    Cartoon documentaries might catch on very widely and internationally well.
