    To be experiencing such an historic shifting of climate norms, I mean. Between the warming of the Great Lakes with more LES and that weird pattern of coldness engulfing the east coast because of Arctic Circle air patterns breakdown, I am jealous, although not unthankful, because it's been above averge and clear here in the San Luis Valley.  :-)

      here in my part of Wyoming resembles the winters I experienced in Albuquerque. I have only had to wear a parka once.

        leggings to my wear when real winter kicks in. And as a Wyoming resident you know what a REAL winter can be like. Of course we usually don't get the snow so much here out in the flats about four miles from the base of the Sangres, but it can get very cold when the Valley goes icebox. I've seen minus 25, minus 30 here.  Nothing like that back in New Jersey growing up. Well, anyway I haven't been able to keep the leggings on. Too damn warm. Not really complaining but noticing how we are getting drier and have been in a dry cycle for a while.
