    where foriegn tourists, diplomats, and high ranking government and military officials have access to the best facilities like the one shown in SICKO the rest of cuban people are prohibited from using.

    Read the entire cable HERE, it contains a very detailed description of comparisons between the conditions of Cuban hospitals that coincide with what I have been told for years by my husband's family and our friends in Cuba about thier first hand experiances.

      But if you see the post above, we're reminded that Moore wasn't trying to make that point. He was showing how bad 9/11 responders have been treated here, and that they would be treated better even in a communist country. True, he doesn't show treatment for the masses, but I would argue that wasn't his point.

        You just agreed that the masses in Cuba are not treated well in Cuba's medical system. So if the 9/11 responders were Cuban, logically, they probably wouldn't have gotten very good treatment.  The only reason why the responders received good treatment was due to their special status as foreigners that could pay in dollars and because it'd be a propaganda coup.
