    I think this was a bad vote for him and can't figure out why he voted this way, but I'm not ready to turn him into a human pinata.

    He's been good on a lot of issues. I know this bill (immigration) is dear to Kos, but I can't join the guillotine crowd because of one vote.

    Voted proudly for Obama in spite of all the primary flame wars!

      That's what Democrats are supposed to do now?  Vote to not allow the bill come to the floor for a vote?  That's what republicans do... ALL THE TIME.

        because that is his position, and was when he ran for Senate.

        To label this as a betrayal is testament to the willingness of many to see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear during a campaign.
