    I accept almost every wage & hour case that comes in the door. Usually on contingency.

    They are often easy to win. Damages can be double what is owed plus attorney's fees and costs.

    In my state the wage & hours laws are very favorable for employees. But, unfortunately, very few harmed employees ever take advantage of them...  

    Unemployment benefit denial is a similar -- employees just accept the benefit denial w/o appeal even though it is difficult for the employer to win the appeal.
