  •  No i do not deny native american genocide (0+ / 0-)

I can see where you have been confused so I'm going to show some grace.  I said modern genocide as in the 20th century and no they are not the same.  I said it was hypocritical to compare the two not that anyone was more painful, but yes, I put the Nazi holocaust up as the gold standard.

For example, when the Spanish were setting up their missions, they did so with the desire to save the Native souls.  They didn't do so with the desire to kill them all.  That's a difference even though it may have had the same result.

I am Blackwaterdog! I support Barack Obama and the Democratic Party!! Want some? Get some SUCKERS!!!

    •  no, you're confused or blind (0+ / 0-)

by limiting genocide to the 20th century you're just covering up for the Europeans who carried it out here. The fact is many Indian nations were totally eradicated and for them the final solution worked. But by every measure the policies of the Americans and their predecessors fit the definition of genocide particularly the official UN definition.

Scholars have written about it over and over even though apologists for the USA, like you, refuse to believe what's put in front of your face, much like Nazi Holocaust deniers refuse to accept clear evidence of what happened during the Nazi reign.

I certainly don't need "grace" from you but it does sadden me to see you prefer to remain ignorant instead of learning about how you've been lied to and educating yourself. If in fact you decide you'd like some citations and references I'll be glad to provide you some, or you can stand in ignorance, your choice.
