and Ken Duberstein (former image conultant to Bush Jr.)  And of course he's reading  Lou Cannon's  biography of Ronald Reagan, The Role of a Lifetime.  So, Rove's probably on President Obama's "To Do" list...

Obama is convinced deep down in his soul, that moving to the right is correct, timely, and serves his interests best.

Not only is he consciously ignoring the complaints on the left, he finds those on the center just as annoying, pesky, and not worth listening to. Ideas we have on trade, tax, war, occupations, economic development, - they mean nothing.

Trade?  Business leaders will find a way to maximize personal profit, even at the expense of general employment and decent tax revenue for states and country.

Tax? That expiration date of 2012? In your dreams, sucker. The superrich are making out like bandits under Obama.

War? Wikileaks PROVED that we are losing in Afghanistan. Iraq just told us to get lost. And what did Obama tell us last week? Things are fragile, but much improved. In other words, he lies to Americans. He wants constant war. Why? I have no idea.

Occupations? See above. Every Afghan who is killed causes the birth of 10 anti-American terrorists. All of whom NEVER HEARD OF 9/11.

Economic development?  Financial reforms were in the toilet. The effort to stimulate the economy was way too small. The tax breaks were ass backwards, screwing up our fiannces. There has been no jobs program. There has been no fix of our tax structure. There has been no investment in jobs, except for GM and Chrysler. Even those were halfhearted.

Obama has become a conservative. It seems so natural to him, that I wonder if that was not always his natural bent.

What we call god is merely a living creature with superior technology & understanding. If their fragile egos demand prayer, they lose that superiority.

I've always thought he was conservative.  At least after his speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

Most of his "reforms" have really done more to benefit corporations than working Americans.  It is what it is and it is pretty horrible.
