    if anyone was to pay attention to what Jesus actually said, as opposed to all the blaming and shaming that they generally like to extract from the OT, a little NT would be a big improvement.

    Personally, I like how Jesus does health care.  He doesn't care if the sick person is male or female, rich or poor, young or old, grateful or ungrateful, or even believing.  He just heals them because they're sick.

    If you think you're too small to be effective, you've never been in the dark with a mosquito.

      if people really understood the passage that is often shortened to, "He who is without sin cast the first stone," (John 8:2-11), then capitol punishment would no longer be practiced here.

      Casting stones is stoning, that is, to death. Jesus clearly sees that no man is capable of passing such judgment, and so such a penalty is reserved only for the Godhead.
