  •  What law have they broken? (0+ / 0-)

They are just threatening the use of their guns. They carry them legally.

They show up at Town Hall meetings brandishing their guns and carrying threatening signs. They talk about the importance of "aiming for the head"

They are not breaking any laws.

They are using their guns though

      •  Why weren't they arrested then? They have said (0+ / 0-)

these things on national radio and television.

They showed up with their guns to Town Hall meetings. They didn't pull them out and point them, but their message was clear, and definitely was meant as a threat, but how do you prove that in court?

        •  How do we know the intentions of every (3+ / 0-)

single person? We can't, we make quick judgments and then convict them on our preconceived biases.  We assume their intentions were to intimidate, we don't know that and unless every person at these protests were asked specifically what their desires were, it's only supposition.

I've learned through the years that those whom rush to judgment of others without empirical evidence, are doing so because they themselves think the way they accuse others of being.

Aren't the biggest hypocrits those fire & brimstone preachers? Like the Bakers? Or Haggard?

Please don't become like these people.  What I get here is an unstable mindset.  You believe these protesters must have wanted to threaten and intimidate because, you actually must believe that's how things work.

          Dangerous positions, imo.
