    wouldn't change the process for implementing regulations going forward.  Right now, there aren't any regs under the CFPA or Dodd-Frank, so the retroactive review is a separate thing.  

    There's a very good chance the regulatory overhaul will be the worst thing ever to happen to big business, as a lot of the regs would fail cost-benefit analysis for being too deferential or lock in sweetheart deals.  Sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for.

    Obama claimed the extension of the tax cuts for the middle class were stimulative; he never made that claim about tax cuts for the rich.
