    It's great for those who can afford to pay for their own insurance or have a business (and the taxpayer) subsidizing it for them. The idea that waiting 3 more years to be permitted to shell out a good percentage of your income should somehow count as benefiting from these guarantees right now as you are implying is nothing but dishonest.

    A lot of people will die between now and then for lack of health care.

    How will the subsidies help people pay for their health care if they can't afford the deductible? Answer: they won't. People who can't afford the deductible will go without care then as now.
