      Decriminalization, treatment versus incarceration, and/or reduction in penalties and imprisonment are not a priority for the Obama Administration. The electorate typically believes that criminals belong behind bars and that using or selling drugs is a crime.

      And how can you make change when you can't get elected?

      It's a Catch-22 that will ensure that we continue to have a ridiculously large prison population.

        if there was no other offense committed ie like robbing some one for drug money - in that case - boo-fucking-hoo, go to jail....
