    anyone in his position choose to do this?  People don't usually choose to do things for no reason, and let's hope that one of our justices is not irrational, so how could it make any sense?

      they are talking about and knowing the context.   (Did he fill it out?  Did he leave it to some staff member? that kind of thing)

        if you took the time to look.  Standard government financial disclosure form.  It was probably referenced in the article.

        Usually these are signed under penalties of perjury.

        Look it up and argue with knowledge since you're trying so hard to defend him.

          and it doesn't require an amount of spouse's income, just a source.  "Dollar amount not required except for honoraria."  

          Not the standard federal financial disclosure form.  

          Still don't know why he did what he did, like I said.

            Otherwise, he lied if she had any non-investment income from any source by clearly checking the NONE box.
