    I wouldn't be surprised if Immelt does see the advantages of having a constructive relationship between labor and business owners

    what sort of a "constructive relationship" he envisions or even that you imagine him envisioning, considering he's never shown any interest in the welfare of US workers before. Is this the sort of "level playing field" where one side dictates and the other only makes concession?

      If you are gunning to pounce on CEOs, I suggest you go after those who really are our enemies instead of pouncing on those who can, and should, be our allies.
