        The SSA has the only trusted SS accounting and the tweaks that they say may be necessary for SS over the long term can be managed without violating the principles and boundaries for SS that the country shares.

        Deficit, GF revenue and shortfalls, and federal budget issues are separate issues and so should be discussed separately.
