    I was not involved with NOW (still am not, actually) so I am not sure which white women's issues were trivialized in favor of other social issues. I know there was a great push for intersectionality (intersectionalism? whatever), which was not always well received, but I thought most of that came in with the "second wave."

    But it has me curious anyway, which issues are specific to white women but not to all women? Or are you speaking primarily of well-off, heterosexual, white women, whose issues might be significantly different from women in other areas of life?
