about how to build a team. He seem to attract retreads and ends up with a team that's put together wrong. This isn't fantasy football, Danny Boy. You need some guys who aren't stars but are good at their roles and at the little things that win football games.

He's also been known to humiliate his coaches - Just look at how he treated Jim Zorn in 2009 - and to berate the team in the locker room after losses.

Another irony is that it is he, along with Jerry Jones, who want to do away with revenue sharing in the NFL.

Any Redskins success under his tenure hasn't been sustained. He's no Dan Rooney.

liberal bias = failure to validate or sufficiently flatter the conservative narrative on any given subject

of revenue sharing.  A team with as large a following as his probably winds up being a net donor.  It could probably make more money selling its own tv rights.  But the reality is Snyder (and Jones) would just blow the money on overpaid players at the peak of their careers instead of building through the draft.  A salary cap and revenue sharing protect Snyder from himself.
