    pay-tv cable; the care that their paying customers are finding value in their entertainment.   For regular cable the numbers that mater are the adult demos; A18-49...  None of which you list here.  It's also very important to note that the vast majority of advertisers sell on the basis of live+SD(live viewers+same day time shifters.)  Although there is a push to go to C3(live+streaming-with full 'commercial loads'.). Neilssen identifies live+7 but advertisers don't rate on live+7.   It's mostly a fig leaf;  a high increase just shows a higher potential audience in live, except the audience is picking something else to watch...in live+7s case for more than a day.

    So.. Your 'proof' contains irrelevance and probable irrelevance; total viewers and not A18-49(meaning the program squews old- or they would use the all important A demo,) and the time shifting is likely live+7;  if it was sd it would have high enough A demos.

    A combination of not enough people, bad demos and bad viewing habits make this an unattractive show to advertisers.
