Harris, Bowen, off the top of my head.

It's just that there's no replacement mechanism on the horizon, at least until 2018.

Yuck. Her time is passed but she can be counted on to vote for Women's rights. I don't think Kamala will jump in she just got CA Atty. General and I read Bowen is looking at Harman's seat, nice to have a real Democrat there.

I may have to hold my nose and vote for her since she probably won't have a primary challenger and the CA GOP always puts up some zealot winger.

We have returned from the ashes.

Kamala Harris would be my first choice, Debra Bowen would be excellent too.
Actually, there are a number of good choices including L.A. Mayor, Antonio Villaraigrosa, former S.F. Mayor, (now Lt. Gov.) Gavin Newsome, and several excellent Congresspeople.
