    Nothing has been "destroyed" as we, and the middle class, still exist. Damaged yes, but exist we still do.

    And while I'm no fan of the majority if not all of his policies, if you ask me, what's really harmed us were the distorted funhouse mirror view of Reaganism that came out of the Bush years.

    At least Reagan was sane enough to realize we needed tax raises and not veto them. Same with Bush I. I place almost all of the blame on the Bush II legacy and those policies that gave birth to the TP that followed.

      did as much right wing nuttery as he could get away with in his era.  And he paved the way for greater nuttery by his followers like Cheney and Bush.  Fuck this.

       He was a murdering, sociopathic piece of shit.  I can't stomach the equivocating about him in our time.  I remember him too well.

        there were words that came after enough.

        And compared to folks today, he was much more sane. He'd be called a liberal today by the whackos on the right if he existed today.
