this story is that the Justice Department is involved. It was Justice that BoA and the Chamber et al went to for referrals for HBGary this according to Salon yesterday. So Eric Holder, Attorney General of the U.S., is involved in this illegal activity! This is absolutely incredible! If indeed Holder is involved, shouldn't he step down, and perhaps even face prosecution?

Those kinds of companies have many facets and many faces, some of which appear entirely respectable and occasionally score gov contracts.

So DOJ could have been relating to the respectable face of this monster and never suspected anything was wrong, while the mean & nasty part was running around doing mean & nasty & arguably illegal things under cover.

even "A Whale" got its daddy clearance in the Macondo Well disaster as an approved company...without a whole lot of data in the regular world that we Gulf Watchers could find.

slippery as oiled eels, it was...

The Addington perpwalk is the trailhead for accountability in this wound on our national psyche. [...you know: Dick Cheney's "top" lawyer.] --Sachem
