    and writing a diary as well (though much of mine can also fit into the Outdoor Activities group).  I'm a skier, horsewoman, and do a mix of Pilates/yoga/ballet/weightlifting nightly as my foundation work for conditioning.  But I'm looking for new stuff to help keep me at my target weight, which I hit in September and have to monitor constantly to stay here.

    Been at this weight before, always gained.  No gain allowed this time!

    Seriously, perhaps I should do an introductory diary about how asthma (undiagnosed) impacted my fitness until my late 40s.  As a result, I'm 53 and the fittest I've ever been in my life.

    And now the damn new DK4 won't let me post!
