    Claiming that blatant and knowing falsehoods are facts is a form of fraud, just as much as misrepresenting the ingredients in a food product.  

    The problem is that information-fraud is arguably protected speech unless used as commercial speech (a sales pitch).  

    So a truth-in-labeling law, whereby what Pox does would have to be represented as "entertainment," would be highly useful but unlikely to stand for long.
