    People are always saying how we must cut SS but the only way that saves us money is if we DON'T reduce the payroll deduction too.  So, once again people making less than, what is it $104,00, carry the brunt of the sacrifice.

    Any cut in SS MUST include an increase in the limit at which SS wages are deducted. In fact just get rid of the limit all together and don't cut SS.
