  •  Before one begins "asking questions" (0+ / 0-)

    about a Justice of the Supreme Court, which questions imply a significant wrongdoing, one generally should have some basis for believing there is some substance behind the "questions."  That is because publicly raising "questions" often amounts to making allegations, and asking for proof that the allegations are not true.  

    One would not, for example, say I have a significant question as to whether Martin Ginsburg's clients paid him extra to get his wife to decide tax cases a certain way UNLESS one had some evidence that such a thing was happening.
