    I think my point is pretty simple; money is tight and should be spent wisely.  If there are numbers to suggest that a recall would be close, go for it.  Otherwise, recalls are a tough sell at any time, and 2012 will be a presidential election, so there may be a better chance for high Democratic turn-out.

      NOTHING!  Get the sigs first and worry about the elections later.  The petitions are all we need as leverage right now.

        Volunteer signature gathering campaigns are generally not successful, and it looks like you'd need to collect 75,000 signatures just to get the three competitive ones on the ballot.
