  •  If Dems got elected in the FIRST place, (4+ / 0-)

they're from a strong Dem enclave.  After this Koch-ed Up Walker stunt, I imagine there are many more who may well agree with the person's sign "I USED to be a Republican"...

So let 'em try.  I think such an effort would be an epic FAIL.

PLUS, once everyone has time to understand the Koch brothers' involvement in WI politics bankrolling, and that they want environmental regulation gutted to benefit their oil-and-gas business and poison everybody else (THIS INFO MUST BE HAMMERED HOME TO ALL), you'll see even MORE allegiances turning!

    •  Holperin is not... (0+ / 0-)

He won by only a few percentage points in 2008 (a great year for us) in an open seat election, but the previous senator was a long term dem (who was promoted to railroad commissioner).

I doubt that someone would get promoted out of the legislature to a dem governor unless that district was pretty safe, so the 2008 numbers may be an illusion and Holperin may be in better shape than he was as an unknown candidate.

The other guy won his seat in 1996 and won decisively in 2008, so I think he's pretty safe.  The teabaggers seem not to be as interested in that one.
