    some sessions with a personal trainer - maybe 6 or so to learn about the various machines in your exercise room and the gym at work.

    The trainer can give you several routines to follow on your own or with friends.  Some trainers also will do group sessions so you and a friend can learn what to do.

    I've done some group exercise and it is nice to get to know the people in your groups.  My schedule is too erratic to depend on group exercise, but they are lots of fun!

    Good luck finding some groups in your area.  Keep checking this space - there might be a group exercise diary for you.
