    power plants in Wisconsin, and is a private company.  I think this diary is confused at best.

      15 coal plants around alone that were under EPA Review due to possible violations.

      These are all state-owned.

      Let me know if you find a link to the actual ration, I will be happy to add it to the diary for clarity.

      That is unconscionable legislation, no matter how small a fraction of state-owned property it applies to!

      The case for impeachment grows with every clause this governor and his cronies put forth.

      It's not the generation, but the distribution network that should be of concern. If the grid's private and the generation is private, then really I don't know what the diarist is concerned about (because it's already done).
