      Exactly. According to the President's Schedule he is meeting with SoS Clinton and then will speak on Libya:

      3:45 pm - Oval Office - The President meets with Secretary of State Clinton
      5:15 pm - Grand Foyer - The President delivers a statement on Libya

      Let's hear what he has to say. Demanding instant action in a complex situation in a region which is undergoing simultaneous upheavals in multiple countries is not realistic. I don't want the U.S. to initiate any knee-jerk reactions without talking to allies and carefully considering what would be the best course.

      So let's see what he has to say at 5:15 and judge then.
