    Union butchers, stick together!
    Heed no operatator's tale.
Keep you fingers off the weiners,
And your tummies off the scales!

As an employer of two part time people, I can't join the union, even though I have fought for unions in places where I worked for over fifty years.

Feels weird. I do the same as the farmer - pay wages over prevailing wages, don't draw anything from the business, and live only on my small social security checks.

But, hey, somehow I have turned into a Boss ;)

that has been overlooked is the using areas of common ground between workers and small business.  For example, both are being crushed by the top 2 percent.  And many small businesses depend on labor's wages for thier own income.

Actually, such alliances have occured in the past; in the 1930's ans even in the 1800's.

I know that sounds like snark, but it's one way you can support the union, even if you aren't able to join it, yourself.
