    Ailes and his underlings made a huge deal about WJC's consensual BJ. They accused him of suborning perjury and even added that as an article of impeachment. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, its IOKIYAR 24/7.

      ...at least that's the definition I'm reading.

      If she was just talking to Fed agents doing a background investigation, she likely wasn't sworn.  As the NYTimes says it's still illegal, and it's immoral as all hell, and unprofessional, it would also likely be part of a conspiracy of some sort if she did, but it's probably not suborning perjury.  (Too bad, because if if was I think that would be much more likely to trigger an investigation with real legal consequences.)
