      I think it may have been as low as $50,000.  And if you shot in specific areas of the state you could get more than 40% back.  It's a real shame.  I think Louisiana may be my next choice.

        past November. Ohio's joint is going through some changes (again) and it's difficult to tell where that will end up - but at least it wasn't the first thing that got axed.

        I had a notion years ago when the states first started these incentive programs that it would eventually become a huge bidding war for relatively fickle dollars, but once something like that starts then everyone wants a piece -- even falling victim to the Field of Dreams syndrome in some cases.

        Meh - I'll just stick with post. Less travel, better food, and no insane call times :)
