    You know, one of the great things about these Internet(s), is that you don't even have to give the disclaimer you cite at the end--if we were to work it online exclusively (as is the current plan).

    What's even better, is that means we have everything we need to make the clip, right on our homepage!  (hint to someone)

      ... but I like the idea of reciting the disclaimer even though you don't have to, as a provocative "in your face, Rick" gesture.

      Plus, it helps to make the ad suitable for all venues -- make your appeal as generic and repetitive as you can, and you gain not just efficiency but effectiveness.
