    You think the courts should scrutinize the motives for speech? They'd end up shutting down Code Pink by saying they're just camera hogs.

      my comment didnt suggest they should be banned, but questioned the court's efforts to claim these people are engaging in coherent poltiical speech.

        The issue before the Court was not whether WBC engaged in good-faith public discourse, so naturally they didn't weigh in on that issue.
