    No that is not a constitutionally guaranteed right.

    A Justice of the SCOTUS should not misuse a term that is common in every day vernacular with a wide variety of meanings, with a a similarly spelled and pronounced word which has a very specific meaning when used in the context of a court's decision concerning a constitutionally guaranteed right.

    Alito's comment is purely political and has no businessmen becoming party of the court's legal history.
