    It is hard to tell from the diary content that this is only about MJ.  If that is the case, I retract my comment.  

    I think a MJ-only legalization argument is a closer case.  I am not pro-MJ legalization, but I concede the opposing view has some merit.  I did not initially feel this way, but after reading some pro-MJ legalization diaries in recent months, it has made me more sympathetic to a pro-MJ legalization argument.

      Marijuana is always systematically lumped with "all drugs" to make this confusing.

      And then there are those who want to piggyback the 'legalization of all drugs' for variious and sundry reasons, some of the time it's a propaganda ploy, other times the issue is anti-prohibition, which I understand.

      However - heroin and cocaine are dangerous drugs - legal or illegal they are problems. Keeping them illegal amplifies one set of problems.

      However - ANY diary I write is about cannabis only. Click the link in my sig.

      21st Century Republicans would much rather legalize murder than marijuana.
