"Weapons of mass destruction"' "Support the troops", "Military intellegence", "Tax cuts create jobs (oops that is true for TGOP only)", "Freedom (to be poor)", "They're stealing your money (taxes)"...I could go on.

Personally, I don't like paying for W and his evil master's Secret Service or Prince John Kasich extra security and beefing up his house, but that is the deal.

John Kasich, R-OH-gov hates black people, women, children, and unions, I guess that covers almost everyone.

"I don't want my tax money to go to ....."

"I pay property taxes - I don't want to waste MY money educating YOUR children!"

(Said in a tone that implies that educating their kids is a waste of money.)

Also works pointing out that state workers pay property tax to educate children too.

Even if you don't pay property taxes because you rent, your landlord pays property tax and passes it on to you.

Also, check your property tax bill.  If it tells you how much of your property tax goes to schools, use that dollar of tax to throw at them.

going to torture, but I don't get to make that choice and they shouldn't either.  It's easier than saying I don't want it going towards fighting wars, because that provokes a much longer conversation and I don't like wasting time like that.  Torture is one thing that most people agree on, and if they don't, if they do want their money going to torture, well, f them.
