  •  i can't read all of this but hotlisted it (8+ / 0-)

This was/is a ton of  work.

I have no doubt everything you say is true enough.  I have no doubt that bad things are coming to Michigan.  It hardly seems like things can get much worse, but I believe we can't even imagine what these ba$tard$ will do.

The intricacies of all this is far, far too much for even a sophisticated politico whose is not spending full time on studying all this.

We can't get people on our side with a smoking gun like this: people don't care about smoking guns.

People care about survival and a sense of fairness.

The average person believes the government is bought and sold, s/he just feels powerless to do anything about it.

I think we will have to fight tooth and nail to resist all this, but I cannot see how we are going to prevent them from gutting everything decent in the state.

All I can hope for is that there is enough of the UAW to make a stand.

The average person who does not benefit from automobile manufacturing in MI does not respect the companies or the unions involved.

I have no idea how to get a purchase on all of this.

What I do not understand is why the things are all so quiet right now.  Are they planning a two week blitz that will take everything down all at once?

I am more interested in how to stop this in the short run than convincing people a vast right wing conspiracy is in the works.

I am looking at the total collapse of my home value and the inability to ever retire although I am close to disabled.

They already have everyone on their knees.  Maybe Michael Moore can rally us.

Maybe people I don't know about will come out of the corners and really organize.

    I have no idea.

I am awaiting delivery of my new DK4 signature
