    I assume you have filled out a job application before. If so, you probably were asked if you have a criminal record. I know the BC/BS of Alabama applications has asked this question for many years.

    The issue is not whether these are crimes of moral turpitude--although I think soliciting prostitution is considered such a crime in many jurisdictions.

    The point is: Did this person answer honestly on his job application? If not, and he was hired, does that mean people can freely lie to BC/BS and get away with it?

    You don't see a problem with that?
